Our mission is simple: Kids have fun, parents see results. About The Role We are looking for an energetic, engaging, and reliable Lead Junior Sensei to help lead our Junior Ninjas program. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and has experience in early childhood education, childcare, camps, tutoring, or elementary education. Responsibilities No coding experience required. We provide training. Build positive relationships with every studentLead fun, hands-on STEM and coding activities for children ages 5-7Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom environmentKeep parents informed about student progress and successesHelp support and coach other Junior Ninjas instructorsPrepare classroom activities and materialsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environmentFollow daily operational procedures and assist with center events What We're Looking For Experience working with children ages 5-7Ability to confidently lead groups of young childrenPatient, warm, playful, and engaging personalityStrong communication skills with both children and parentsReliable, punctual, and professionalAbility to work well as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, Elementary Education, or related experienceExperience as a preschool teacher, kindergarten teacher, paraeducator, childcare provider, camp counselor, tutor, or after-school instructorExperience managing groups of young children in a classroom, camp, childcare, or enrichment setting Schedule Part-timeAfter-school hoursSaturday availability preferred Why Work at Code Ninjas?
