You'll work side-by-side with our Tier 1 team to make sure everyone is equipped, energized, and ready to crush daily targets, all while stepping up as a key right hand to our Ground Handler Lead. Responsibilities

• Captain the Frontline: Keep Tier 1 team members prepped, equipped, styled in gear, and pumped to kick off every shift smoothly.
• Master the Workflow: Partner with the Ground Handler Lead to strategically position and rotate team members based on real-time operational data.
• Keep the Energy & Ops Flowing: Coordinate shift breaks seamlessly so coverage stays airtight and the floor stays fully powered.
• Be the Real-Time Coach: Jump in with instant tips, procedural guidance, and supportive coaching whenever team members need a hand.
• Set the Daily Vibe & Focus: Pass down key daily priorities, procedural shifts, and client goals clearly so everyone stays in sync.
• Keep Eyes & Ears Open: Monitor radio comms, safety compliance, and team readiness to keep operations tight and safe.
• Be the Onsite Anchor: Step up as the go-to contact whenever the Ground Handler Lead is away or stepping into meetings.
• Keep Leadership Loop in the Loop: Spot potential bottlenecks, attendance gaps, or safety issues early, escalating them swiftly to the Ground Handler Lead or City Manager.
• Back Up the Behind-the-Scenes: Help out with attendance tracking, operational logs, and smooth shift handoffs when requested.
