About the role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in backend development and React for frontend development. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java/J2EE and modern frontend frameworks
  • Build and enhance backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
  • Develop responsive, user-friendly UI using React
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint activities
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect fixing
  • Collaborate with UX, QA, DevOps, and product teams
  • Support deployment and troubleshoot production issues
  • Follow Agile/Scrum development practices

Required Skills

  • Backend: Strong experience in React Hands-on with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA Experience developing RESTful web services Knowledge of microservices architecture
  • Frontend: Strong experience with React Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript Experience with responsive and cross-browser UI development
  • Database & Tools: Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 102,000 to 168,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
