What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and development of robust backend applications using Java and modern React frontends.
- Own the end-to-end architecture, ensuring technical solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with cloud best practices.
- Drive the adoption of advanced AI tools (Claude, Cursor) to optimize team productivity and code quality.
- Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and the enforcement of engineering standards.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps, collaborating closely with Product Owners and Architects.
- Facilitate technical decision-making and influence stakeholders through clear, structured communication.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Java (Spring) and React development.
- Proven track record in a Technical Lead or leadership role within distributed environments.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and designing scalable, distributed systems.
- Advanced proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools beyond basic prompting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with both SQL/NoSQL databases and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers).
