LEAD JANITOR (FULL TIME)

Location: 4500 68th Street, Caledonia, MI 49316

ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division of Compass Group USA and a Keystone member of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), delivers innovative facilities solutions that ensure a safe, healthy, and sustainable environment. ESFM serves clients in Life Science, Technology, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing markets, self-performing 80% of all IFM services.

Responsibilities

• Conducts classroom and hands-on training on customer service, safety, compliance, and company policies.
• Provides one-on-one training as needed.
• Updates and trains on janitorial equipment, PPE, and chemical usage/safety.
• Copies and revises training materials; performs administrative tasks as requested.
• Provides feedback on new associates during orientation; reviews trainee records for compliance.
• Recommends disciplinary action to training coordinator as appropriate.
• Performs monthly safety performance reviews to ensure compliance with OSHA, Risk Management, and other applicable regulations.
• Conducts walk-through building inspections as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience is required.

Pay

$17.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour
