Lead, IT Product Management

For our client, a leader in the healthcare space, we are seeking a Lead IT Product Management professional to join their team. This role focuses on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution within a healthcare environment.

About the role

You will lead technical work, collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the vision for 'Network as a Product' aligned with enterprise goals.
• Build a multi-year roadmap for connectivity, security, automation, and cloud adoption.
• Partner with segment CIOs and their leaders to understand needs.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into prioritized product features.
• Guide cross-functional teams to deliver product capabilities.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs for network services to ensure performance accountability.
• Own the business case and total cost of ownership for network products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management or IT service ownership experience, ideally in enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise networking (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, cloud interconnects, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, firewalls).
• Proven ability to develop and execute roadmaps for large-scale, mission-critical platforms.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional delivery teams in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and translate technical detail into business value.

Pay

$126,300 – $173,700 annually

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
