Lead IT Financial Analyst 📍 Pennsylvania (PA office) | Occasional travel required Pay rate: $65-75/hour W2 Only**About the Role We're looking for a Lead IT Financial Analyst to be the financial voice of our Information Technology organization. You'll partner with IT leadership to make sure technology investments are smart, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals. If you enjoy turning complex data into clear insight and influencing strategic decisions, this role puts you at the center of it.What You'll DoBuild and manage IT budgets, forecast future spend, and analyze actuals against planIdentify opportunities to optimize IT costs and ensure operations are cost-effectiveCreate and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of IT projects and investmentsPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations, including variance analysis and KPI trackingAdvise IT leadership on technology investments, vendor selection, and resource allocationSupport project teams across the project lifecycle, maintaining project financials and forecastsAnalyze trends in IT spending, costs, and performance to uncover areas for improvementEnsure compliance with financial regulations and company policiesCollaborate with IT teams, finance, and other stakeholders to gather data and communicate financial informationWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field5-7 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in an IT contextStrong grounding in financial principles, accounting, and budgetingAdvanced skills in Excel, financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools; ERP system experience is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present to both financial and non-financial audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to spot opportunities and levers for IT stakeholdersProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesA collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teamsWhy Apply?
