- Origin Supervision (Kansas City, MO): Audit all 136 IT assets prior to packing; log serial numbers and verify hardware states before teardown.
- Destination Re-Cabling & Validation (Denver, CO & Chicago, IL): Oversee subcontractor "rack and stack" activities. Perform all technical cable patching, port mapping validation, and network connectivity verification.
- System Burn-In Monitoring: Manage the mandatory 48-72 hour post-move hardware stability burn-in period. Monitor system error logs and power metrics to ensure 100% operational uptime before client handoff.
- Emergency Standby: Remain available to extend monitoring up to 96+ hours if transit shock or environmental sensors indicate any transport exceptions.
Clearance: Must be able to pass a federal HSPD-12 / T4 Public Trust background check immediately. Current active clearance or prior federal agency access is a strong plus.
Technical Experience: 4+ years working in enterprise data centers. Deep knowledge of server rack architecture, network cabling topology, port mapping, and hardware diagnostics.
Travel: Full flexibility to travel between Missouri, Colorado, and Illinois based on truck transit schedules (all travel expenses covered/reimbursed).
Duration: 5-8 week window (estimated 11-17 active operational days)
