Lead Investigations Analyst
Responsibilities
You will produce an advanced level of credible and relevant information to lead investigations, develop proactive leads, and inform operators and business decision makers.
You will conduct the identification, investigation, and case management of threats to EA’s employees, facilities, and players, including the collection and analysis of social media, open source, and proprietary information to help guide investigations.
You will ensure investigative reporting to internal and external customers is clear and concise, and maintain professional relationships with partners including law enforcement, public safety, intelligence, and investigative organizations.
You will assist or lead subject interviews to mitigate risk of violence.
You will conduct threat briefings for a variety of levels of customers as requested (by phone, video conference, in-person briefing, or industry conference).
You will develop, track, and maintain reporting of statistical and written analysis of user threats, incidents, and investigations for management review.
Requirements
- Knowledge of technical skills which allow for collaborating with Information Technology to implement technical solutions specific to investigations.
- Subject matter expertise in Open Source and Social Media research and investigation skills specific to a corporate high-tech environment.
- Proficiency in threat assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Strong and effective communication skills, including providing high-level briefings.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a similar role within a Global Corporate Security Team, law enforcement, or military organization.
- Bachelor's degree or combination of requisite experience and education.
Skills
- Technical skills for collaborating with Information Technology.
- Open Source and Social Media research and investigation skills.
- Threat assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Effective communication skills.

PAY RANGES
California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco)
- *$104,400 - $157,400 USD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
