Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global internal communications strategies that link business priorities to messaging
• Drive long-term communications initiatives from strategy to execution for alignment and effectiveness
• Advises senior leaders on shaping executive messaging during high-stakes business moments
• Establish success metrics for communication programs and improve strategies based on evaluations
• Shape various executive and enterprise communications ensuring alignment with business needs and narrative
• Influence cross-functional partners to achieve strategic alignment on key initiatives
• Leverage AI for research and drafting while ensuring quality and audience alignment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in internal or executive communications
• Track record of leading enterprise communications strategies that influence business priorities
• Success in managing communications for major organizational events such as all-hands meetings and cultural initiatives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for translating complex topics into clear narratives
• Strong executive presence to advise senior leaders on communication strategies
• Experience establishing scalable communications programs and using data-driven insights for improvements
• Able to integrate AI into communication workflows while ensuring quality

$159,000 – $205,700 annually
