Lead, Intelligent Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio, and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Connect automation platforms with APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party enterprise systems.
• Drive automation standards, platform security, best practices, and the advancement of our governance framework.
• Lead project workstreams, mentor team members via code reviews, and build performance dashboards to track operational impact.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise automation development and support experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate/BI, Dataverse, AI Builder).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio and Orchestrator).
• Prioritize experience integrating workflows with external APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.
• Strong process-mapping skills with the ability to translate manual workflows into automated solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience mentoring engineers or managing technical project timelines.
• Knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), machine learning, or Agile/DevOps practices.
