Lead Intake Counselor
Via Linda Behavioral Hospital is an innovative behavioral health hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services to the people of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix, Arizona metro area. Our 120-bed facility will provide specialized mental health services and substance use treatment for teens, adults, and older adults experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and co-occurring addictions.
About the Role
The Lead Intake Counselor supports the daily operations of the Intake Department, ensuring timely and appropriate patient assessment, coordination of care, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures. This position provides clinical and operational support while maintaining accountability for assigned responsibilities and assisting with oversight of staff within the Intake Department.

Requirements
- Licensure issued by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners to engage in the practice of behavioral health in Arizona (LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW required).
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field.
- Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance or ability to obtain.
