Lead Instructor
About the role
A Lead Instructor at The Little Gym takes charge and leads the fun during our regular classes. You'll be responsible for teaching amazing classes based on our curriculum and teaching methods, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for children each week.
Responsibilities
- Teach classes based on our curriculum and teaching method
- Provide outstanding customer service and make members feel like family
- Create a warm and fun environment for children each class
- Treat each class and each child as if it's their first day – every week!
Requirements
You love having fun, encouraging kids, and giving high-fives. A background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful. You live to serve and make others feel good.
