About the role
A Lead Instructor at The Little Gym takes charge and leads the fun during regularly scheduled classes. They are responsible for teaching engaging classes based on the established curriculum and teaching methods, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for children.
Responsibilities
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll train you)
- Provide outstanding customer service and make members feel like family
- Create a warm and fun environment for children each class
- Treat each class and each child as if it's their first day – every week!

Qualifications
- A background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful
