Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating one-hour interactive life skills and social-emotional learning (SEL) sessions with K-8 learners covering subjects like public speaking and concentration, using Alpha's established framework
- Conducting daily engagement sessions that ensure 100% of learners achieve their weekly app targets through age-appropriate motivators including school currency and performance tracking
- Developing Guides via direct observation, precise feedback, and practical coaching so they execute sessions with equivalent energy and accuracy
- Analyzing Coachbot metrics and learner data to pinpoint students requiring support, then providing direct intervention
- Personally mentoring your assigned student cohort, demonstrating the coaching and engagement techniques you require from all Guides
Basic Requirements
- Currently located in or willing to relocate to Beverly Hills, CA; Piedmont, CA; Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Miami, FL; Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; New York City, NY; Seattle, WA (relocation assistance available)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related discipline (Master's degree preferred; conventional teaching certifications are not required)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable field
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing educational programs, curricula, or training systems
- Proven history of managing a team of 5+ individuals, including responsibility for hiring and performance-based dismissal decisions
- Direct experience working with children ages 5–14 in educational or developmental contexts
- Strong capability in leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's) in Education, Psychology, or Business
- Experience as a sports coach, camp director, or youth program coordinator where you directly inspired children to achieve quantifiable goals
- Track record coaching adults in environments where performance was measured and evaluated
- Natural ability to engage large groups of children. The type of presence that commands attention from a room full of 8-year-olds
Pay and Benefits
$200,000 annually, paid weekly

Working with Us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
The payment period is weekly.
