Lead Installer - Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling

About the role

This is a permanent, year-round position with generous bonus opportunities. We are seeking dedicated team members to join our team and complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects in homes across Metro Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
• Follow instructions given by Project Manager and Field Supervisor
• Follow Client Service Trustpoints on every project and job site
• Obtain 5-Star Google Reviews
• Always be a few minutes early to the project site
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Communicate with Project Manager and Field Supervisor daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Able to drill for hinges
• Experience doing cabinet refacing, including installing doors and drawer fronts, end panels, and veneer
• Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
• Must be able to interact with our client on a professional & friendly level
• Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time

Pay

• Compensation $20-$30 per hour, depending on experience
• After probation period, guaranteed 40 hours per week and 1.5x overtime after exceeding 40 hours per week
• Generous performance-based bonus structure
