Lead Installer for Full Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling
About the Role
We are seeking experienced 1099 independent contractor Lead Installers with their own crews, working vehicles, tools, and equipment to complete residential remodeling projects in homes across Metro Atlanta. Projects include kitchen remodeling (cabinet installation, refacing, painting, tile backsplashes), bathroom remodeling (shower and floor tile work, waterproofing, vanities, plumbing), flooring, painting, and related services. This is a project-based, independent contractor opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Lead and complete residential kitchen, bathroom, and ancillary remodeling projects
- Provide qualified crew members as needed for assigned projects
- Supply your own working vehicle, tools, equipment, and job-site materials
- Review and follow the approved scope of work, project plans, schedules, and specifications
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Field Supervisor, and other trades as needed
- Perform high-quality installation work (cabinetry, refacing, doors, drawer fronts, end panels, veneer, roll-out trays, trim, tile, waterproofing, finish carpentry, punch-list items)
- Keep job sites clean, safe, organized, and professional
- Communicate daily with the Project Manager or Field Supervisor regarding progress, issues, materials, schedule, and completion status
- Protect the client’s home, property, flooring, finishes, and work areas
- Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Follow company customer service expectations and job-site procedures
- Complete projects to earn a 5-Star Google Review
Requirements
- Experienced remodeling Lead Installer with a qualified crew
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Able to speak English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Reliable working vehicle, tools, equipment, and ability to transport materials and crew members
- Experience with kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, cabinet installation, refacing, tile, finish carpentry, and related work
- Ability to drill for hinges and install cabinet doors, drawer fronts, end panels, veneer, trim, and roll-out trays
- Ability to safely operate power tools, hand tools, saws, routers, nail guns, and other remodeling equipment
- Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow project specifications
- Ability to interact professionally and respectfully with homeowners
- Commitment to completing work correctly the first time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Properly set up as a 1099 independent contractor

Pay
Compensation is paid per project based on the approved scope of work, project size, complexity, and agreed labor rate. Pay range: $5,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month.
