About the Role
We are looking for experienced Solar Installers to join our installation team in Biddeford, ME. If you thrive on the roof and have a passion for solar energy, we have a place for you.
$3000 sign-on bonus after 3 months of employment.
Responsibilities
- Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
- Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
- Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.
Requirements
- Previous solar installation experience.
- Comfort with heights and roof work.
- Deep respect for safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
- Proficiency with power tools and a "get it done right" attitude.
- Valid, clean driver’s license.
- Commitment to 40+ hour work weeks.
