Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Oversee the coordination of all project stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with modular wall solutions and prefabricated construction is preferred
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
