Lead Installer

About the role

O'Brien Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring a full-time HVAC Installer to join their Drexel Hill, PA installation team. The position works 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday with some overtime and Saturdays required. The hourly rate is up to $35.00 per hour plus spiffs and commissions. Technicians participate in an on-call rotation that rotates daily.

Responsibilities

• Install warm air systems and air conditioning
• Expertly fabricate custom sheet metal and install hydronic systems
• Perform a variety of installation types in a reasonable amount of time
• Collaborate and work as a team
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to the team
• Coach and mentor others

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA-certified and NATE certification (preferred)
• Manage safety while prioritizing tasks
• Be dependable and team-oriented
• Respect others and their property
