Lead Installer

About the role

The Lead Installer position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Install Department with the aim of enhancing operational efficiencies and ensuring completion of install projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all Install Department employees
• Implement and ensure consistent use of standards for install fit and finish
• Provide profitable installation estimates to project teams across the company
• Consistently execute on independently run installs, both regional and national

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment installation
• Ability to lead teams and grow employees
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, inclusive of time management
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of forecasting in order to project delivery dates and labor to complete tasks

Qualifications

• Previous Install experience preferred
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred

• Supervisory Responsibility - Supervises the Commercial Kitchen Equipment Installer(s)
