About the role
The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial security systems. This includes coordinating with clients, supervising junior technicians, and ensuring all work adheres to industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation process from start to finish
- Supervise and train junior technicians
- Ensure all installations meet safety and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Manage project timelines and budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in installation and supervision of security systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer software used for project management and documentation
Skills
- Knowledge of commercial security systems and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with project management tools and software

Pay
$75,000 - $85,000 annually
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed
