About the role
The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial security systems. This includes coordinating with clients, managing teams, and ensuring all systems are installed according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation process from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction and meet project deadlines
- Manage and train team members to ensure efficient and high-quality installations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in installation and management of commercial security systems
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial security systems and installation techniques
- Experience with project management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Monday through Friday, typically 8am-5pm, with occasional overtime as needed
