About the role
Responsible for inspecting and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Inspect building sites for adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Identify and report potential hazards to project managers and clients.
- Document findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with construction industry regulations and standards.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR.
