Lead Industrial Controls Engineer - Manufacturing

Marvin is seeking a Controls Team Lead to oversee design, implementation, and support of industrial control systems for our premium window and door manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you'll lead a small team of controls technicians and engineers, managing PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and upgrades to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient production. You'll coordinate automation projects, standardize control architectures, support continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations.
