JOB REQUIREMENTS
Pay: $17.50$19.50/hour
Location: Quiet, welcoming neighborhood in Waupun
Environment: Respectful, supportive, and pet friendly
- Schedule: Every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 6pm10pm
- Every other Saturday & Sunday: 7am3pm
- Every Monday & Tuesday: 7am3pm
- PRN shifts available for both positions
Your Impact: You'll play an essential role in helping maintain comfort, dignity, and independence through supportive daily care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift
- Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, hygiene, toileting
- Aid in repositioning
- Prepare meals and support with eating and hydration
- Offer medication assistance
- Complete light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, mopping, etc.)
- Run occasional errands
- Help maintain a warm, empowering home environment
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
- Caregiver must be compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy
- Physically able to support an individual with quadriplegia
- Prior caregiving experience preferred
- Willingness to learn is welcome
- Professional, respectful, and clear communicator
- Comfortable around pets (cats, dogs, fish)
- Willing to wear a mask if requested
- Lives within 30 minutes of Waupun
- Open to learning new skills and adapting to individual needs
- Interested in building a long term, meaningful caregiving relationship
