Lead HVAC Technician - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Mechanical, plumbing and electronic troubleshooting, repair and installation of equipment.
• Must be HVAC certified.
• Monitors public space temperatures, making appropriate adjustments when necessary.
• Performs scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on all HVAC & plumbing equipment.
• Maintains appropriate record of preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Visually inspects gauges, dials and mechanical equipment, makes basic mathematical calculations, and moves and climbs on all types of uneven surfaces.
• Uses plumbing and HVAC skills to attend to building maintenance and preventative programs.

• Top-tier professional with experience in leading complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Unmatched reliability, innovation, and execution in designing, optimizing, and maintaining building systems.
• Experience with HVAC certification.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
