Responsibilities
- Mechanical, plumbing and electronic troubleshooting, repair and installation of equipment.
- HVAC certification required.
- Makes appropriate adjustments to public space temperatures as needed.
- Performs scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on all HVAC & plumbing equipment.
- Maintains appropriate records of preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Visually inspects gauges, dials and mechanical equipment, makes basic mathematical calculations, and moves and climbs on all types of uneven surfaces.
- Uses plumbing and HVAC skills to attend to building maintenance and preventative programs.
Qualifications
- Top-tier professional with experience in leading complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Unmatched reliability, innovation, and execution in designing, optimizing, and maintaining building systems.
- Experience with HVAC certification and public space temperature management.
- Ability to perform both scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to inspect and maintain equipment.
