About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated lead HVAC technician to spearhead our installations and help build our technician team. The position offers a total earnings potential of $160,000 per year, with an hourly range of $45-60+, a $250 bonus per successful installation, and a $2k annual tool allowance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC installations
- Train and mentor new technicians
- Ensure compliance with California building codes
- Handle refrigerant handling, high and low-voltage wiring, ductwork, and sheet metal fabrication
- Drive company vans
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Residential HVAC
- Prior experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians
- Proficiency with all of the following: Refrigerant handling, High & low-voltage wiring, Ductwork, Sheet metal fabrication, California building code
