What You Will Be Doing

• Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
• Expertly install new HVAC equipment, ductwork, and control systems strictly according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Perform thorough routine maintenance and seasonal system checks to maximize equipment lifespan and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients to recommend long-term solutions and ensure smooth scheduling.
• Diligently maintain a clean, safe work environment, follow all site-specific safety protocols, and accurately complete detailed work orders and time logs.

What You Need To Succeed (Qualifications)

• Experience: 5 years of hands-on, professional HVAC experience is strongly preferred.
• Certifications: A valid EPA Certification is absolutely required.
• Technical Skills: Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the proven ability to work independently in the field.
• Licensure: A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Soft Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong self-motivation, and a high level of personal accountability.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
