Lead HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Service & Repair: Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
• Installation Excellence: Expertly install new HVAC equipment, ductwork, and control systems strictly according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform thorough routine maintenance and seasonal system checks to maximize equipment lifespan and efficiency.
• Client Communication: Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients to recommend long-term solutions and ensure smooth scheduling.
• Site Management & Safety: Diligently maintain a clean, safe work environment, follow all site-specific safety protocols, and accurately complete detailed work orders and time logs.

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on, professional HVAC experience is strongly preferred.
• A valid EPA Certification is absolutely required.
• Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the proven ability to work independently in the field.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills, strong self-motivation, and a high level of personal accountability.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Pay

$28.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses.

Schedule

Monday – Friday (with fair, rotating on-call schedule).
