About the role

Sanborn's Air Conditioning and Heating of Redlands, CA is hiring for a full-time Lead HVAC Service Technician to represent the company.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems for clients in the Redlands, Banning, and San Bernardino areas.
• Provide 5-Star Service to customers, focusing on educating them to save money with a home comfort system and experience peak performance at the best value.
• Offer solutions to indoor air quality concerns to ensure the healthiest breathable air.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals and maintain a positive team atmosphere.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HVAC Service Technician, 5 years preferred.
• Willing to undergo a drug test and background check upon hire.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Motivated individual.
