Lead HVAC/R Installer

About the role

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our Wichita team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled installer who enjoys leading projects, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow with a stable company.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and complete mechanical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and installation specifications
• Lead installation projects while maintaining high workmanship standards
• Coordinate materials and jobsite activities to keep projects on schedule
• Ensure installations meet safety, quality, and code requirements
• Work professionally with customers, contractors, and fellow team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong experience installing split systems, package units, RTUs, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently
• Experience leading installation projects or mentoring junior installers preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Experience

• Commercial HVAC installation
• Sheet metal and ductwork installation
• Equipment change-outs
• New construction and retrofit projects
• Light refrigeration experience is a plus
