Responsibilities
- Leads a team in installing refrigerant lines in residential/commercial HVAC systems.
- Designs and installs sheet metal or flex duct systems to ensure proper airflow and ventilation.
- Provides exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.
- Performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.
- Effectively leads others.
- Collaborates with managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
- Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission.
- Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven experience as an HVAC installer, with specific expertise in refrigeration EPA and RMGA certification required.
- Must be professional and have the ability to teach and train others.
- Able to pass a HVAC skills test.
- Able to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies.
- Able to pass a background and drug test.
