Responsibilities
- Lead complete residential change-outs (heat pumps, A/C units, and furnaces) from start to finish, ensuring everything meets manufacturer and company standards.
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, sheet metal, and flex duct systems.
- Run and braze/solder copper refrigerant lines; wire line and low-voltage electrical components.
- Pre-measure jobs to ensure the right materials are loaded onto your truck the first time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked company vehicle.
- Mentor and help train junior installers/apprentices on your team.
- Deliver an exceptional, respectful customer experience on every job site.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating as a true Lead HVAC Installer.
- EPA Certification is required.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, proficiency with hand/power tools, and working knowledge of electrical/plumbing support systems.
- Valid, insurable driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Honest, dependable, and takes pride in a clean layout.
