Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to analysts and project support resources
- Coach team members on best practices in requirements quality and stakeholder management
- Document business needs through user stories and create technical diagrams
- Facilitate structured walkthroughs of requirements balancing business value and technical feasibility
- Absorb priorities within iterations and targeted releases
- Collaborate with software engineers to create defect and enhancement items for the backlog
- Evaluate new solutions to communicate potential issues and recommend viable options
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of IT-related experience, including Business Analysis and Data Analysis
- Experience leading an Agile project team as a business analyst
- Proficient in Workday Core HCM, Workday Benefits, Workday Reporting and Security
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with advanced data analysis skills
- Basic SQL query writing skills and experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
