Lead Business Systems Analyst

The Strategic Management & Governance family and the Business Systems Analysis role at DTCC are seeking talented professionals to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals who can make a meaningful impact by managing significant programs and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage significant programs and projects including strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, and all general business management initiatives.
• Act as the primary interface between Technology and specific business/product areas, identifying, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
• Create detailed project and process specifications, coordinate with project teams, and provide guidance to team members.
• Review estimates of resource needs and schedule of work with related stakeholders, and provide input to developers and Test Engineers to ensure System Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts properly reflect business and functional requirements.
• Contribute to system documentation under company-specific best practices and standards, recommend controls by identifying gaps and designing solutions to automate manual processes, and align risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalate appropriately.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• A bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Pay and Schedule

• DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
