Core Responsibilities
- Partner with regional and site leaders to support business goals across multiple industrial locations and translate business needs into people priorities.
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational matters.
- Support talent acquisition activities across assigned locations, including workforce planning, candidate evaluation, and hiring decision support.
- Conduct employee relations reviews and investigations, provide recommendations, and ensure appropriate documentation and follow-through.
- Coach leaders on performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback, employee development, and corrective action processes.
- Support compensation and benefits-related processes by providing guidance informed by market conditions, internal practices, and business needs.
- Identify training and development needs across sites and partner with leaders to support employee growth, leadership capability, and succession planning.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics, including turnover, retention, absenteeism, and hiring activity, to support decision making and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a visible and effective HR presence across the region and travel to sites as needed to support leaders and employees.
- Partner across HR centers of excellence and business stakeholders to implement programs, initiatives, and process improvements.
- Support change management efforts and organizational transitions across a distributed operational environment.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience supporting business leaders and employees.
- Experience supporting a multi-site manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or operations-based environment preferred.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, talent support, and HR policy application required.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft 365 required.

- The position requires the ability to navigate varied workforce needs, maintain consistency in HR practices, and support business performance across multiple locations.
- The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
