Lead (Head) Teller - Hamilton Branch
Position Summary
With minimal supervision, manages the teller line. A service professional with a passion to exceed the expectations for every member, every time. Guide and advises tellers in the efficient and accurate handling of member needs. Strong member service skills when solving problems, resolving teller issues and helping with complex work-related matters. Proficient in all teller transactions using a computer and when needed perform teller duties including ATM settlement process. Ensure a high level of accuracy in all teller transactions including watchfulness for counterfeit monetary instruments. Functional knowledge of the platform side. Coaches and trains employees on the teller line to optimum performance. Manages branch in absence of Branch management.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- 36 Months Teller Experience Required
- 36 Months Sales/Customer Service Experience Required
- Proficient in ATM, TCD and Branch Settlements
- Proficient in problem resolution; teller differences, member inquiries and departmental inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma Required
- General Education Degree (GED) in lieu of High School Diploma Required
- Associates Degree Preferred

Pay
Salary Range per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Lead Teller: $21.40 - $31.04
