Lead Guidance Counselor

PAY GRADE: $4,000/year FLSA STATUS: Exempt OBJECTIVE: Serve as the lead for Guidance Counselors including, but not limited to, new staff training, professional development, and compliance with grant requirements and other logistical support DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (These duties are a representative sample; position assignments may vary.)
