Lead Guest Services Agent

About the role

Lead in providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest reservations and ensure accurate booking information.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints from guests efficiently.
  • Ensure all guest needs are met, including food and beverage requests.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service trends and improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Proficient in using hotel management systems.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
