Lead Groundskeeper - Resort

About the Role

Supervise the groundskeeping staff in the maintenance and upkeep of all grounds, including plants, trees, lawn areas, drives, walkways, ponds, irrigation systems, and all equipment to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the upkeep of plants, trees, and lawn areas.
• Ensure drives, walkways, ponds, and irrigation systems are properly maintained.
• Manage and maintain all groundskeeping equipment.
• Supervise groundskeeping staff to provide guest safety and satisfaction.
