Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the merchandise team to design new products, using key company milestones to inform design strategy.
- Design customer gifting items, including but not limited to mission patches, signing gifts, product for conferences and event-specific gifts.
- Owning the product design process from initial design to production hand off, ensuring new products meet deadlines for product release dates.
- Work closely with the customer team to design and create company mission patches and provide multiple file types for varying use cases.
- Design and maintain tech packs, fit charts, color standards, and fabric specifications.
- Work with the website design team to enhance and refine our merchandise online store.
- Affiliate in the development of the brand’s identity through merchandising.
- Aid in developing and producing graphics, typography, and layouts for social, web, and print.
- Effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Prepare designs for final production, including, but not limited to, printer and vendor specs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design or artistic field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience in illustration, graphic design, or print production.
Preferred Skills And Experience
- 8+ years of experience working in product, graphic, and merchandise design.
- Impressive design portfolio including merchandise and graphic designs.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and possess a proven ability to thrive under deadline pressure and to execute on several projects simultaneously.
- Successful experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented team environment.
- Advanced knowledge using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (including, but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written, strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence in front of key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of successful design and integration, assimilating design feedback, and the delivery of projects on time.
- Strong aptitude for trend and design; exceptional design aesthetic and experience working with a fashion/apparel brand preferred.
- Experience retouching images for both digital and print.
- Able to respond to business objectives with creative, original and cost-effective design solutions.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed, with occasional travel to events.
Pay Range
Pay Range: $115,000.00 - $160,000.00

- Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
