Lead Government Attorney - FULL TELEWORK - Government Contractor

Responsibilities

• Manage and support litigation matters, including case strategy, pleadings, motions, hearings, and related proceedings.
• Review, draft, and interpret legal documents, policies, contracts, regulations, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare clear written analyses, recommendations, and memoranda.
• Supervise, guide, and support a team of paralegals.
• Ensure legal work is completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, government agencies, and other partners.
• Identify legal risks and provide practical recommendations to support sound decision-making.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Government legal experience required.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience required.
• Litigation experience required.
• Real Estate Acquisition experience a PLUS.
• General attorney experience, including legal research, writing, analysis, and advisory work.
• Strong judgment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting.

Security Clearance Level

Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust Clearance. Must be a US Citizen.
