Hybrid 4 days onsite in New York, NY. Contract-to-hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $85.00 to $95.00/hr. w2.

Our client seeks a client-facing professional who will manage diverse inquiries, translate complex information into concise messaging, and uphold a consistent, high standard of service. The role requires proactive communication, sound judgment, and effective collaboration across teams to deliver seamless support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client-facing point of contact, delivering clear, professional, and effective communication across a wide range of client interactions.
• Manage and respond to diverse client inquiries with confidence, accuracy, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Translate complex information into concise, client-friendly messaging tailored to the audience and situation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a high standard of service.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills when addressing questions, resolving concerns, and navigating escalations.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and ensuring a consistent client experience.
• Partner across teams to gather information, align responses, and deliver seamless support to clients.
• Uphold professionalism, composure, and credibility in all client interactions, including high-pressure or sensitive situations.

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience in a client-facing role with responsibility for managing inquiries and communications.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into concise, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Track record of building client relationships and resolving escalations with sound judgment.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
