Responsibilities
- Research, track, and maintain prospective business leads
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to qualify opportunities
- Update and manage lead information in CRM and spreadsheets
- Provide timely updates and feedback to management
- Develop strong knowledge of VMS products and services to effectively communicate with prospects
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to make cold calls and engage prospects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using a CRM system for data entry and lead management
- Strong research, organization, and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable working under a commission and residual-only pay structure
