What You'll Do
- Walk door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners about window and door improvement projects
- Schedule qualified in-home appointments for the sales team
- Track appointments and daily activity using a tablet/iPad
- Represent the company professionally and positively in the community
What the Job Is Actually Like
This is an active outdoor role that involves:
- Walking for several hours each shift
- Talking to new people throughout the day
- Working independently while hitting performance goals
- Handling rejection professionally and staying motivated
Performance Expectations
Top performers typically:
- Speak with 10-25 homeowners per day
- Set 2-5 qualified appointments daily
- Earn additional bonuses through strong performance
Pay & Benefits
- Compensation: $20/hour base pay, bi-weekly performance bonuses
- Realistic first-year earnings of $45K-$70K+, top performers can exceed $80K annually

Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- 4-5 days per week
- One weekend day required
Seasonal Hours
- Spring/Summer: 11 AM to 7 PM
- Fall/Winter: 10 AM to 6 PM
