Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation and schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to provide estimates for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
• Explain features and benefits of products and services while gathering customer needs.
• Build rapport and relationships with the store’s leadership team.
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for 4–8 hours at a time.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Comfortable initiating and engaging in conversation.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with daily access to email and text.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
