Lead Generator

About the Role

Lead Generators work onsite at partner retail locations in the Layton and/or Ogden areas, greeting and engaging customers face‑to‑face to generate interest in scheduling residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance & replacement appointments. This is a part‑time, on‑site position (20‑25 hours/week) that is not door‑to‑door sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation and schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to provide estimates at the customers’ homes.
• Explain features and benefits of various products and services while gathering information about each customer’s needs.
• Build rapport and relationships with the store’s leadership team.
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for 4–8 hours at a time.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Comfortable initiating and maintaining conversations with customers.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with daily access to email and text.
• Retail sales experience highly preferred (no HVAC or water‑treatment experience required; training provided).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.

Compensation

Base pay of $18 per hour plus uncapped commission. Top performers can earn $60 k+ per year.

Schedule

Part‑time role, typically 20–25 hours per week.
