Lead Generator

About the role

Earn $25–30+ per hour (hourly plus commission) as a Lead Generator with Mountain Home Services. Our Lead Generators work onsite at partner retail locations in Logan, greeting and engaging customers face-to-face to generate interest in scheduling service appointments for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance & replacement. We seek motivated, sales-driven, career-minded people who enjoy working with the public and have a competitive spirit. This is not a door-to-door sales position; you’ll work indoors in the comfort of a retail store.

Schedule

Part-time role (20–25 hours per week) with flexible scheduling suited for retirees, college students, and those seeking part-time work.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation and schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit homes and provide estimates.
• Explain features and benefits of products and services while gathering customer needs.
• Build rapport with store leadership and represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for 4–8 hours at a time.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Comfort initiating and sustaining conversations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and daily access to a smartphone with email and text.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience highly preferred.
• No HVAC or water treatment experience required—training provided.
